Types and uses of aerators.

With the development of intensive fish farming and intensive fish ponds, the use of aerators has become more common. The aerator has three functions of aeration, aeration and aeration.
Common Types of Aerators.
1. Impeller type aerator: suitable for oxidation in ponds with a water depth of more than 1 meter and a large area.

2. Water wheel aerator: suitable for ponds with deep silt and an area of 100-254 square meters.

3. Jet aerator: The aerator adopts aerobic exercise, inflatable water spray and other forms. The structure is simple, it can form a water flow, stir the water body, and make the water body slightly oxygenated without hurting the body of the fish. It is suitable for use in fry ponds.

4. Water spray aerator: It can quickly increase the dissolved oxygen content of surface water in a short period of time, with artistic ornamental effect, suitable for gardens or tourist areas.

5. Inflatable aerator. The deeper the water, the better the effect, which is suitable for fish farming in deep water.

6. Oxygen pump: due to light weight, easy operation and single aeration function, it is suitable for frying aquaculture ponds or greenhouse aquaculture ponds with a water depth of 0.77 meters and an area of less than 44 square meters.
Safe operation of aerators.

1. When installing the aerator, the power must be cut off. Cables should not be pinched in the pool. Do not pull the cable into a rope. The cables should be secured to the frame with locking clips. It should not fall into the water, and the rest should be brought into shore power as needed.

2. After the aerator is in the pool, the twist is very large. It is not allowed to take some kind of buoy for observation before the aerator.

3. The position of the impeller in the water should be aligned with the “waterline”. If there is no “waterline”, the upper end surface should be parallel to the water surface to prevent overloading and burning the motor. Immerse the impeller blades in water to a depth of 4 cm. If it is too deep, the motor load will increase and the motor will be damaged.

4. If the ‘increasing’ sound occurs when the aerator is working, please check the line for phase loss. If it should cut off, connect the fuse and turn it back on.

5. The protective cover is a device that protects the motor from water and must be installed correctly.

6. Steering and operating conditions must be closely observed when the aerator is activated. If the sound is abnormal, the steering is reversed, and the operation is uneven, it should be stopped immediately, and then the abnormal phenomenon should be discharged.

7. The aerator is not in good operating condition. Users should be equipped with thermal circuit breakers, thermistor protectors and electronic protection devices.
